Government of Rwanda becomes EQUALS partner and launches gender digital access initiatives to benefi

Women across Rwanda will soon benefit from broader access to important digital resources, through their government’s new EQUALS global network partner status. The Government of Rwanda has become an official EQUALS Partner and will also benefit from the support of the EQUALS Access Coalition. The Access Coalition – together with the Skills Coalition, the Leadership Coalition and the Research Group – form the four pillars of EQUALS supporting its goal to bridge the digital gender divide.

The Access Coalition brings EQUALS Partners together to “ensure that women and girls have full access to digital technologies, devices and services.” The key goals of the coalition are to demonstrate a reduction in the gender gap
