This report, based on a desk study and interviews with 22 women working in the ICT sector, presents factors that influence (positively or negatively) women's entry into the ICT sector, and presents action-oriented recommendations to close the gender digital divide.

Working Group on Education: Digital Skills for Life and Work

This report identifies the underlying drivers of the digital gender divide and provides clear and specific recommendations to address barriers to women’s access and use of the Internet with a focus on the complementary roles of different actors.
