The PIAAC survey measures adults’ (aged 16-65) proficiency in key information-processing skills - literacy, numeracy and problem solving - in technology-rich environments and gathers information and data on how adults use their skills at home, at work and in the wider community.

This global non-profit volunteer community provides tools and guides on building digital skills including sketching, prototyping, basic programming. It also provides materials on organising capacity building and awareness-raising events.

This briefing paper assesses the efforts of low- and middle-income countries to address the gender digital divide through their national ICT and broadband polices, provides examples of successful initiatives, and provides a model to close the digital gender gap by focusing on rights, education, access, content and targets (REACT).
