Preparing for Life in a Digital World: IEA International Computer and Information Literacy Study 2018 International Report
This report presents the results of the 2018 International Computer and Information Literacy Study (ICILS) which measured digital literacy and ICT skills among young people in various countries. The findings provides education systems and policymakers with an important data source on the contexts and outcomes of CIL-related education programs.

2017
Principles for Digital Development
This website presents nine principles that are designed to help integrate best practices into technology-enabled programmes as well as various resources including guides, case studies, tools and templates. The Digital Principles were created in a community-driven effort, the result of many lessons learned through the use of ICTs in development projects.

Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA)
PISA measures 15-year-olds’ ability to use their reading, mathematics and science knowledge and skills, including digital skills. PISA has been administered every three years since 2000, with data available for more than 90 countries and economies.
