Measuring ICT and Gender: An Assessment
This report presents existing ICT indicators disaggregated by sex, assesses data availability and highlights existing gaps. It identifies areas for improvement including proposals for sex-disaggregation of existing indicators and the addition of new indicators and makes policy-level recommendations to fill these gaps.

Measuring Pakistani Women’s Experiences of Online Violence: A Quantitative Research Study on Online Gender-Based Harassment in Pakistan
This report seeks to analyse the gendered access to technological tools of communication and the barriers that women face in accessing digital spaces. It makes use of quantitative data collected across Pakistan on online harassment to assess the extent of cyber harassment and digital literacy among young Pakistani women.

Microsoft Digital Literacy Course
These online courses are for anyone with basic reading skills who wants to learn the fundamentals of using digital technologies including accessing information online as well as creating and communicating digital content. It includes lesson guides, transcripts, and videos.
