Digital Skills Toolkit
This toolkit provides policymakers and other stakeholders with practical information, examples of programmes and frameworks from around the world and step-by-step guidance to develop a national digital skills strategy. It also discuses creating strategies for under-represented groups such as women and persons with disabilities.

2019
Digital Skills in Sub-Saharan Africa: Spotlight on Ghana
This study presents the results of a study aiming to understand the demand for digital skills in Sub-Saharan Africa and the current skills gap; provides case studies of promising programmes around the world; and outlines the action required, including in education, to build digital skills.
