Projects

These include projects empowering girls both inside and outside of school, professional development programmes for women, initiatives building teacher capacities, and policies, laws and plans aiming for structural change.

WAAW Foundation Scholarship for Young Women in STEM

This annual scholarship supports full-time African female students in need to take up STEM-related courses in an African university, with the aim to ensure that their talent is brought to bear for African innovation.

This programme matches a member of the Canadian Women in Communication and Technology (WCT) with a senior or peer member of the communications and/or technology sectors for one year of counselling, leadership and professional development.

WeCode Land

These digital skills trainings help economically inactive youth aged 18-35 join the labour market by getting access to digital jobs or launching their own digital businesses.
