These include projects empowering girls both inside and outside of school, professional development programmes for women, initiatives building teacher capacities, and policies, laws and plans aiming for structural change.

More and Better Jobs for Women: Women's Empowerment through Decent Work in Turkey

Launched in March 2013 and completed in March 2018, this project supported the development of inclusive national policy to promote women?s employment, decent work opportunities for women and awareness-raising on gender equality and labour standards.

MotherCoders

This 9-week technology training program includes on-site childcare and offers community events and workshops, with the aim to help moms build their skills, knowledge, and professional network needed to move into tech employment.
