Every year, the EQUALS Global Partnership presents the #EQUALSinTech Awards to initiatives, projects, movements, organizations and institutions around the world working to bridge the gender digital divide.

From 150+ nominations representing work in 50+ countries, our judges selected 15 finalists.

On December 8, 2022, winners were announced at the annual EQUALS in Tech Award ceremony.

The Equals in Tech Awards are given every year to organizations and individuals working to help girls and women gain equal internet access, digital skills and opportunities in the tech industry.

About Our Judges

The EQUALS in Tech Award finalists and winners are chosen by former winners, known as the Advisory Group, and experts from the EQUALS Steering Committee, composed of coalition leads, co-founders, and financial contributors.
